Franly Made Store Policies
Thank you for choosing Franly Made! Every item we create is custom-made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Please review the following policies before placing your order. By purchasing from Franly Made, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Order Process
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an Order Information Form via email. This form allows you to submit all of the information needed to complete your custom order, including (when applicable):
- Names
- Dates
- Colors
- Wording
- Design preferences
- Photos
- Logos
- Artwork
- Special instructions
Your order will not enter production until we have received:
- Your completed Order Information Form
- All required photos, files, and artwork
- Any additional information requested
- Final proof approval (when applicable)
Production timelines begin only after all required materials have been received.
Order Information Form Deadline
To maintain an efficient production schedule, your Order Information Form must be completed within 7 calendar days of being sent.
If your form is not submitted within this timeframe:
- Your order may be canceled.
- A refund may be issued less:
- Payment processing fees
- Design fees
- Any work already completed
Need more time? Contact us before your deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Abandoned Orders
Orders that remain incomplete or inactive for 30 days due to missing information, unanswered communication, or failure to approve proofs will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned orders will be closed and are not eligible for refunds.
Design Services
Basic personalization is included with most products.
Additional design fees may apply for:
- Extensive custom artwork
- Logo recreation
- Heavy photo restoration
- Complex photo manipulation
- Multiple design concepts
- Significant changes after proofs have been created
- Requests requiring substantial additional design time
Any applicable design fees will always be discussed and approved before work continues.
Proof Approval
Most personalized products include a digital proof before production.
Please carefully review:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Dates
- Names
- Colors
- Photos
- Layout
- Overall design
Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all approved content. Franly Made is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Revision Policy
Custom Casket Wraps
Unlimited revisions are included until your design is approved.
All Other Products
A limited number of revisions are included with your purchase.
Additional revisions beyond those included may require additional design fees.
Rush Orders
Rush production is available depending on our current production schedule.
Rush services may include:
- Same-Day Production (select items only)
- Next-Day Production (select items only)
- Expedited Production
Rush requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional rush fees apply.
Availability is never guaranteed until confirmed by Franly Made.
Turnaround Times
Estimated production times begin only after:
- Your Order Information Form has been completed.
- All required files have been submitted.
- Your proof has been approved (if applicable).
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Photo Quality
We always strive to produce the highest quality products possible.
For best results:
- Upload original, high-resolution images.
- Avoid screenshots whenever possible.
- Avoid heavily compressed social media images.
Low-quality images may affect the final print quality.
While we may enhance photos when possible, we cannot guarantee improvements beyond the quality of the original image provided.
Color Disclaimer
Actual printed colors may vary slightly due to:
- Phone screens
- Computer monitors
- Tablet displays
- Printer calibration
- Material differences
Minor color variation is considered normal.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying measurements before placing custom orders.
Please review all product dimensions carefully before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.
Franly Made is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Events beyond our control
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be discarded, donated, or otherwise disposed of unless prior arrangements have been made.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, all custom orders are considered final sale.
Refunds or replacements are only offered when:
- An item arrives damaged.
- We made an error during production.
- The final product differs from the customer-approved proof.
Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery or pickup.
Memorial Products
We understand that memorial products carry deep emotional significance.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, quotes, scripture, and other personalized information before approving their proof.
Copyright & Customer Content
By submitting photos, logos, artwork, or other content, you certify that you own the rights or have permission to use those materials.
Franly Made is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted content.
Marketing & Portfolio Permission
Unless a customer specifically requests otherwise in writing before production begins, Franly Made reserves the right to photograph, record, and promote completed products on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, printed marketing materials, and other promotional content.
This includes finished custom items, memorial products, event décor, personalized gifts, and other commissioned work.
If you would prefer that your order remain private, please notify us in writing before production begins, and we will gladly honor your request.
Right to Refuse Service
Franly Made reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes:
- Offensive or hateful content
- Discriminatory material
- Explicit or obscene content
- Illegal content
- Copyrighted or trademarked material that the customer is not authorized to reproduce
- Requests that violate applicable laws or our company values

Messages received outside of business hours will be answered as soon as possible during the next business day.
